Resorts World Las Vegas to Host Inaugural NCAA Division I Basketball Tournament
Women’s and Men’s College Basketball Powerhouses to Compete in Premier Holiday Event
Las Vegas, NV – October 9, 2025 – Resorts World Las Vegas, in partnership with Sport Tours International, Inc., today announced the launch of the inaugural Resorts World Las Vegas Classic. The three-day collegiate basketball showcase is set for November 27–29, 2025, at The Complex, the resort’s sprawling sports and entertainment venue.
The event will bring together nine elite programs from across the country, featuring both women’s and men’s divisions in an exciting Thanksgiving weekend of competition.

On the women’s side, Stanford University, Colorado State University, Troy University, Florida Gulf Coast University and Texas Southern University make up the field, while the men’s event will feature Lehigh University, UC Santa Barbara, Seattle University and Texas State University.
